One star is far too many! The dark haired woman (apparently Mrs. Flether is an arrogant B...). I took a high quality pair of 14Kwhite gold earrings to have re-rhodium plated. She said..."no it could not be done." The blonde woman said "what are those...silver?". I said...14K and most 14Kwhite gold is rhodium plated." Mrs Fletcher said..."well I will ask". I just left. I took the earrings down the street and they were re-rhodium plated without issue. Also, I took a one carat diamond 18k and platinum heavy solitaire to have cleaned and buffed. With s smirk I was asked..."is this a real diamond?". I just laughed. She verified with a tester and looked at it under the microscope. Her attitude changed quickly! Yes it was very real and also VVS....and I asked to speak to Fletcher privately...but apparently he wasn't there...
