        Staff is terrible. No assistance at all. She acted like she couldn't waste her time on a small part. She said they probably didn't have it anyway. Went to Wills Turf and they took time to help me. I bought the part. I will never do business with this company. I plan on letting people know how terrible the staff is.

        Might be the worst service experience I've ever had in my adult life... and I've spent many hours on the phone with Spirit Airlines - I was charged over $20 for them literally doing nothing. This was after a 3 1/2 week period of waiting for them to call. Oh yeah, and they threw away one of the pieces to my mower. Embarrassing.

        Waited over 3 weeks only to receive an outrageous quote and charged what I believe they claim is a "check-out" fee? Didn't realize I was paying for a hotel for push mowers.
