The tech support folks are the best! They have helped us numerous times, the most recent being getting a TV setup complete. We appreciate their knowledge, their patience, and their professionalism.

They only do the bare minimum. We called and called to get a dead tree that was nearly touching the power lines down. I guess I was stupid to assume they would actually do what needed to be done and remove the whole thing. No, they cut it in half and decided the rest isn't their problem because it's not as close to the powerlines anymore. Conway Corp does not care about the citizens of Conway, they only care about price gouging everyone. Also, their internet sucks beyond measure. I switched to AT@T fiber and it's the best thing I've done. And I think it's hilarious that Conway Corp is only just now trying to update their internet services. Only after their clients dropped them and switched to fiber did they start to make any effort into providing decent internet. Years of people complaining about the quality didn't matter until they were losing clients. Typical. They will NEVER go above and beyond for Conway. And don't even get me started on our bill. They overcharge for electric and they try to play it off as "it's just because it's really hot" or "it's just because it's really cold." No, Conway Corp takes advantage of the fact that everyone in Conway basically HAS to use Conway Corp. They are liars.
