Have had three telehealth appointments with Doctor and all three times he never called. The first time they called to cancel and reschedule. The second time nothing and I left voicemails asking for a callback to explain and today I waiting for over an hour I called the office and was told they sent me the link and I never responded I was just a couple miles from his office watching my phone and waiting. I know the link was never sent period.

I waited a month for an appointment. Finally got an appointment. The only way I knew I had an appointment was my primary care doctor called to let me know. I attempted numerous times to call Dr. Operlander’s office but his answering machine never gives an option to leave a message and you couldn’t talk to a real person. Well my video appointment came and went with no telephone call. Horrible service.

I like the Doctor but excessive wait times of over 2 hours to be seen on each office visit and tele health appointment. Quick to collect payment but slow on service and appointment scheduling. Will not return
