A little disappointment that they close before 6 oclock. I left work a little early so I could go to the store and unfortunately they were already close at 5:45 PM. very inconvenience.

Dylan was so helpful in getting the new phone line setup. AT&t corporate store as well as AT&t customer service gave me so many runarounds I was ready to leave AT&t. But Dylan made it all better. Thank you

Absolute BEST ATT store around! FOR REAL! Conner and Tyler are amazing laid back guys. No stress! Keep up the great work guys!!! Highly recommend this store over all in Conway and greenbrier. Thanks a million!

We are a young family just starting, so everytime we when in there they fast talk us and push product on to us. We have to go in there every month to pay are bill. Because that add to our bill I was paying for a phone and number I dont have for 4 months. I have been paying insurance for our hotspot for over a year now the first month that we pay our bill after we told them to take it off. it is so bad every time I have to go pay the bill in person and record the entire time. So I have a couple of times I paid my bill. I go back in the next billing cycle to pay and theyre telling me I have a late payment because I didnt pay it off the last time I came in. I have proof in the video that they told me that they were going to take off the phone and the phone number because I didnt have it and it took them no less than 4 months to stop charging for it and then turning around and charging me a late fee when they tell me that took care of it. My worst regret was switching from our prepaid Walmart brand to them. where Its $55 every time. No lies no promises our bill is going to be around 230 them its over 500. Youre going to be overpaying. They are going to add things to your bill. They will bluntly lie to you about your bills. Dont do it!!! if you have money to blow pay for the phone out right not with them its cheaper so many more places. get prepaid not through them there are cheaper options. Save yourself before its to late like us.
