        Very rude to black students who come in with the same issues as white students, also employees will lie and tell you that they are the manager when you ask to speak to a manager

        These people have been good to me as a UCA student. They provide a great service and work hard to get your books to you on time.

        Books are still expensive, but the prices are much better compared to the on-campus bookstore. If you have to get physical books and you just want to rent them, I highly recommend using this location for your materials. Service has also been nice and friendly. They've never messed up any of my orders but I had to come in one time because I ordered books for the wrong class and they were quick to help me to get the right book. Also, I will add that they gave me free candy with my textbook order which was an excellent bonus surprise.
