This company is fraud, they use misleading information to get higher bids. Manager in the Yard accept the mistake, but they are not going to do anything. They just gave me a 2 options or purchase the car or pay 10% of the bid. In their policy Sale Cancellation: Copart can cancel the transaction when that happens. But yard managers just what you to pay and nobody else is going to give you a solution

My car was transferred there for assessment after a wreck. My spare tire and trunk liner board were stolen. They denied it to me and my insurance company. Do not use this company. Be sure your insurance policy does not require it go there for accident assessment.
