Needy Paws Animal Shelter
Needy Paws Animal Shelter, an extension of River Valley Humane Society, has been providing sanctuary for sick, injured, homeless and abused animals since 1997. We are proudly a no-kill shelter, working hard to place healthy, adoptable pets into loving, forever homes!Needy Paws Animal Shelter is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. We receive no government funding. To maintain our status as a no-kill shelter, we implement managed intake. Animal intakes are by appointment only. While we are unable to provide space for every animal, we share ample resources, advice, and tips to assist pet owners who can no longer care for their pets as well as individuals who have taken in stray cats or dogs.
