        Was a decent bank when I was banking with them. Some people I haven't liked for years. But, that's everywhere you go. All and all a great bank. Prompt service and most are friendly. Every place has a few that are rude. But, that's life. Local and very useful for banking needs. Plus a location in batesville. Very convenient for those that live in the batesville area.

        their Debit Card system is terrible at least 3 times in 4 or 5 years my card has been locked,,, I depend on that card being valid and this last time it cost me half a day and $20 in gas money to fix their mistake,, and they act like it is my fault,,,well no more I opened a new account at another bank as soon as I get all my autopays moved I am closing the account
