The Caseworker was really nice helpful and punctual . The office assistant at the front are very rude. They dont wanna see u get your business done its always prolonged purposefully.. when calling for a caseworker I can never get buzzed over and once another assistant laughed in the background before hanging up very unprofessionally and immature and that itself gives the organization in Camden a bad review . I dread too even call or go up there when having to please

The service was extremely disappointing; there was a complete lack of responsiveness. They treat men who.pay their child support as if they were criminals when seeking information about why their payments arent getting to other parent Communication with them was ineffective, making the whole experience frustrating and unsatisfactory. And you can forget getting a call back and all the sudden my payment are there the next day when my work contacts them seems like somebody their need to come off break every once in awhile
