      image Bought a new home in 2020. Had them out twice in the first year to fix leaking toilets because Westlake did the plumbing. The toilets continued to leak. Recently had a water leak and had one of the toilets removed and discovered their idea of fixing the leak was to install two wax rings. Was told by Westlake they would call. Never called and hired another plumbing company to fix the flanges on both toilets. Not impressed at all with customer service or the willingness to fix the problem.
