So great to have someone come out on a weekend to get our AC unit back online. This is the second time that Dustin, a real pro, made a critical repair for us. I will be requesting Cabot Mechanical, LLC on future tune-ups and service calls through our home warranty.

Reddened to me by my warranty company. Tech came on time but didn’t really say much. Identified the problem and said he would contact me again after he tells his specialist to come out. I asked him was he going to clean the mess and re-tape the area he pulled the tape from until then. He said no because the specialist should be right out. NEVER heard from him or the specialist. Been without a/c for days now. I even called the company to get an update. They never responded. So I called the warranty company only for them to tell me that the work order isn’t covered due to improper installment. I was cool wit the answer (I’m a realist) but the technician and/or company coulda told me this and I would have still used them for the actual work that needed to be done. So I called another company. Never again. Just like epic mechanical. Poor customer service

We booked Cabot Mechanical LLC through out warranty company and they were out within an hour, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, and fixed it. Cory was super professional and helpful.
