I 100% recommend buying a mobile home from Hawks Homes. Check out their website, their lot, and ask for Craig Morrella. Hes an amazing salesman and will do whatever he can to help you and your family find the perfect home. He helped me and my little family every step of the way on purchasing our first home. Buying a home can be exciting and overwhelming, but this family owned business will make you feel right at home, literally.

Nice people but omg the prices today is around 280k and land not even included. Brand new houses with land is avg 230k so its hard for me to understand why an mfg home is more. Should be 100k or less for any of them.
