They are great people, but State Farm does not have great discounts like they say, I found cheaper insurance with progressive for the same coverage

Quick, friendly, affordable service. I even requested a copy of my insurance card on my way out of town with no time to spare...and they had it ready to go for me when I got there. I made my appt on time. Thanks a bunch ladies!!!

We had our son on our insurance policy for a short time last year. Then his grades dropped and we took his driving privileges away. We called state farm and had him removed from our policy. Now, 10 months later, we bought a third vehicle and were quotes $128/month for coverage, which we agreed to. Then I became ill with Covid 19 and my husband and I were both taken off of work for 3 weeks. We called to ask for assistance and the woman we spoke with stated that she would file a form and get back to us. Instead of assisting us, they added Damien back to our policy without us requesting that and increased our policy by $400/month without ever communicating to us that they would be doing so. We called and discussed this with them at length and their only response was, "the woman that gave you that quote no longer works here." But still refuse to drop the inappropriate charges. We cannot go without insurance but also cannot afford $800/month for it. I'm not sure if this is price gouging or just extremely unprofessional behavior but we definitely expected better from such a large company
