Dr. Sheehan himself has been very good the two times Ive seen him to treat my plantar fasciitis. The problems lie other places. We moved almost 6 years ago. They sent a bill to our old address, then sent us to collections without ever once picking up the phone to call us. They had our current, up-to-date phone numbers. Then I called for another appointment recently. I asked to be put on their cancellation list to be seen sooner than scheduled if possible. I called to follow up and the receptionist said theyd opened up another day to see clients in the Bentonville office and no one bothered to call. Terrible patient service on two occasions. Ill find another podiatrist.

Dr. Sheehan and his staff are absolutely amazing! I had foot surgery a year ago. I can't believe the improvement in my quality of life. I am able to work all day, then walk my dogs in the afternoon without the pain I used to experience. You get the feeling Dr. Sheehan truly cares about your health and more importantly you as a person. I highly recommend going here to literally get you back on your feet.

After only two visits to Dr. Sheehan I am amazed at the improvement in my feet! I have less pain now and am walking around without limping. This is the BEST my feet have felt in over four years. Highly recommend this office and this doctor. Thank you Dr. Sheehan!
