United Medical

I do not reccomend using United Medical in Bentonville or Springdale. My mother is 55 yrs. Old had end stage COPD and uses United medical. Over the past 7 months we have called them multiple times to come service her oxygen machine and we have placed several orders for canulas to be mailed to her needless to say we have not recieved any customer assistance in the last 7 months at all. They do not return phone calls and apperantly they lose my mothers mail orders. My mothers health is rapidly getting worse. I wish united medical would do their job and take care of getting my mom the proper medical supplies she really needs. This is so sad to see them treat a end stage COPD patient like this.
