        Alysson Gaines and Sugar Creek are the BEST! Her nurse Jessica is AMAZING too! Their social worker Jazmin went out of her way to get me my vaccination and stayed in contact with me throughout. She is FANTASTIC. It’s so nice to get care from these wonderful people.

        This place is a joke. I was recently given meds that was supposed to help me health wise. Come to find out it put me in the hospital. Dr.music and Ms.Gaines hurt my health more than helped me. I will definitely not be returning.
