        Browns did a great job removing two trees for us. We appreciate the extra care they took to protect our lawn and other surrounding trees. They were very professional and honest. If needed, we will happily use them again. Service: Tree removal

        We needed to get our trees trimmed and treated because we had a lot of dead branches. There was a big difference between the quality of the person who gave us the quote and the quality of the work we received. We never were made aware of a day/time they were coming, they just showed up. To be fair, they came out quickly, were cost effective, and worked quickly. However, the quality of service was poor as many dead branches were missed. I have called 5 times to get them to come out and correct this - 3 voicemails and 2 times talking to someone who said they would be out soon. It has now been 3-4 weeks and no one has come out or returned my calls. Very poor service, would not recommend. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
