What I do know is that Trey (owner of Rock City Wash) damages plants, does not honor commitments, stiffed me for $200, and lacks any customer service capabilities. Overall, there is a fundamental lack of integrity. In June 2021, Trey did a nice job cleaning my home exterior. Regrettably, his spray solution damaged plants including a valuable Japanese maple (see picture if it can be added). About a month later, Trey and I agreed to a $200 credit to be applied when he cleans my home in 2022. In early May, I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, he backed out and wanted to reschedule. I agreed and asked when we could reschedule. He said that he could not make the job and offered someone else and later he said that he was too busy, which does not make sense if hed already booked an appointment with me. Further, on the Rock City Web Page it states Our mission at Rock City Wash LLC is simple: to provide our services in a timely manner. This was not my experience at all. Trey scheduled someone at a different company to complete the same job as 2021 and the $200 credit would apply. The new person did not do everything that Trey had led me to believe would happen. Further, this new guy was never given the $200 by Trey. So, I needed to pay more to have him fully complete the project. I raised this with Trey and his associate Jack Bowen with Renew Crew. They accidently shared some very rude and dishonest text messages with me. At this point, neither have responded to my calls or text messages. As you might expect, Trey has stiffed me for the $200. This is probably why he did not show up this year. He lacks the integrity to honor his promise to me from last year.

Work performed was excellent. Pressure washed my deck, house and drive way. Trey was very easy to deal with. Thank you! Well use this company for next project.

Rock City Wash Rocks! Excellent job cleaning the debris from my roof and taking care of moss and potential mold issues. After completing the roof, Trey cleaned all around my house to make sure any errant debris from the roof was removed. Looks great. Very nice work. Service: Power/pressure washing
