After getting an astronomical quote from a competitor for a sewer mainline replacement I called Prestige for a second opinion. They quoted me significantly less than their competitor and scheduled me as soon as they could. Once they dug up my yard they realized they wouldn't need to replace my entire sewer mainline, just a section of it, and so the final bill came in way below what they had even quoted me. They took the time to explain to me what had happened with the pipe and how they fixed it. I will definitely call them any time I have a plumbing problem in the future. Service: Sewer repair

I scheduled an appointment with them and they called to cancel because he had a cold and was going to be tested for Covid. The next week I called to reschedule and he said he was negative for Covid but simply did not show up. I texted him to find out what happened and am still waiting for him to reply. That was 2 weeks ago.

I am torn on this company, their response and professionalism was great and the technician that showed up was extremely friendly and did a great job. My only problem with this company was that they went to Home Depot and bought a water heater for $399 plus tax and then charged me $1200 for the water heater. I was more than willing to pay the $127/hr fee for being after hours and I am a firm believer in a company making a profit, but to triple the cost of something that is off the shelf at Home Depot is wrong and I will not use them again.
