I absolutely Love the Griggs!! Would definitely recommend Tim replaced my old shower valve and something with it was faulty he returned and spent the whole day redoing the work and did not charge. Tim saved me thousands on work that I was told would have to be done for proper drainage on my property. He explained the water table was too high due to very old drainage system in this area that had never been serviced or replaced. Once we got the city involved they replace the whole broken system in this area. No more sinking down in the mud in my front yard unless it is raining. Tim understands proper drainage inside and out and works to find answers to the real problem not just a band-aid fix looking for another call. So glad I talked to him first! The gas company collapsed my sewer line when replacing a main gas line. I had rooter service out a couple of times and they never could fix. Tim Griggs found that the gas company collapsed my sewer line by street and they had to do an emergency repair and used Tim to repair damage.

Griggs charged me WAY WAY too much to install HWH. I'm a heart patient with recent open heart surgery but pulled the old unit out by myself and helped wrestle the new one in place. I paid for the new, HWH, about $580, and for all new parts/fittings, about $150max. He worked no more than 5-6 hours and charged me $1600. That makes it about say $1600 - $730 = $870 for 6hours (less...) work or really more than $145/per hour labor, probably $150 per hour. Other leaks were not repaired and he's not coming back. I'll have to try to crawl under the house and repair them myself. This is why I don't call plumbers. What I have written is fact. Frank Lee Jennings. Service: Boiler installation
