Been waiting since October to have the date of death added to monument. Six months is way to long!

The worst experience. I do not recommend this company! I was given so many excuses and lies regarding our monument. Every call I made for the past six months I was told "it will be in within 2 weeks and we will call you to verify what you want on the monument." by both the owner/manager and his staff. They also said they would notify us to let us know when it would be installed so we could be present. I never received one return phone call, but had to call back every time. We paid the full balance in advance. After six months of these lies, I called today ( as I usually do) and found out it was being installed today. After speaking with the owner/manager, he was so rude and ignorant to any concerns. He blamed it on his office person who quit 3 weeks ago, even after I expressed that I spoke to him the past four times. He finally admitted they had recently received the monument and it had cracked, so they ordered a new one. He admitted he had lied and was just ready to be done with this, so he hung up on me. This company does not care about their customers, which is a shame considering the grief their customers have gone through. PLEASE USE SOMEONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY!
