        Beware of trades selling something you dont need. Its a fad that never dies. Being a son of a tradesman I promise you that Im not full of it. People get into trades to make money not to demonstrate quality and workmanship (my opinion). Research the hell out of what youre about to have done before you have a professional do your job. The guy that came to my house picked up a piece that came from my ash dump and said it fell from my chimney. (Really?) Do youre research and use common sense.
