Fred's in Beebe is great! The staff is awesome and they are always doing whatever they can to help me and my family!
My daughter's prescription for her seizure medication was out of refills on a Friday afternoon and Karen the pharmacy manager called and did everything she could to get refills and renew the script. She's great! The techs are always super nice, personable, and very informed which is helpful because I know the pharmacist is usually very busy. Even when there are only 2 of them in the morning at 8 AM when they open, they always give me the best wait times and my medication is always done correctly!
They are great and if you don't use Fred's in Beebe you should!

I have been using Fred's in Beebe for my monthly prescriptions since moving to the area 10 years ago. The service is personable & professional, contrary to what some reviewers, including those that see fit to include derogatory name calling, seem quick to complain about here on Google review. Other than a few independent, specialty pharmacies located in Beebe, the only mainstream pharmacy competition is Walmart, where you can expect to stand in something akin to a Soviet era bread or toilet paper line. by car or foot, to get the privilege of purchasing your prescribed medication served up by underappreciated & overworked employees that deserve better treatment by their corporate overlords. No thanks. I'll stick with Fred's Pharmacy.
Fred's pharmacists work dilligently to resolve the problems inherent in today's wildly fluctuating prescription drug market. In fact there was one particularly stressful month where a brand medication I was regularly subscribed jumped for a $30 mark to well over $500 and I had already received a partial fill when the price increase took place, leaving me on the hook for a financial obligation I was frighteningly unprepared for. The pharmacist on duty went out of her way to research alternatives & deal with the logistics of insurance billing, timing & dispensation to resolve the situation, get me on a a suitable, low cost generic AND keep me within the original $30 price marker for the partial medication I received. One does not forget that type of kindness & outreach. Fred's has my loyalty as a customer as well as a mouthpiece promoting them as a great pharmacy option.
Perhaps the only caveat is that Fred's, while competing with Walmart, does not feature Walmart's extended business hours. The trade off, from my perspective, is staff that provides a hometown pharmacy feel that harkens back to a time when there were no "super" pharmacies but only those few neighbors that happened to run the independent pharmacies in one's locale --the kind you could walk into and have a casual conversation about OTC medications or see staff pull your order before you give your name because they remember you coming in month after month for your regular prescriptions. The latter is a trade-off that holds as much or more value to me, as a consumer, than being open on Sunday.

Very rude the white headed old bitty that works the window needs to be on some serious chill pill she acts as if it is too much trouble to check anything if she were a man we would have been out on the parking lot. Changing my pharmacy

Very rude staff that acts like they are doing you a favor by giving you service. I take heart medicine that slows my heart down that I HAVE to take twice daily, they drug there feet although I talked to them daily and heard a different excuse almost everyday until I was out of medicine. Both my cardiologist (one UAMS other Arkansas Childrens Hospital) recommend me stay away from yhem
