    Found out my current State Farm office is no longer local and that important to me. Called Renees agency and expressed the importance of a local agent. I have 2 properties and 5 vehicles and asked for a call from Renee. Renee called my current agent, told him my concerns without my permission and she never called me. Im moving all of my business away from State Farm. That was not her place.

    Am n the process of switching from another state farm office to Renee Martin's office. Too much high turnover at the previous one I'm at now. Been there for close to 25yrs but over the past yr or so, everytime I call or go n there is someone new. I do no tht things happen but I am used to the old way it used to b tht when I call or go n, they no my name and hve me pulled up n the system or no my voice. It's just a preference of mine.

    Mary Martin is not forthcoming about policy options. She tried to tell me a trauma story to scare me into purchasing a higher tier of insurance. Does not offer to explain all the buyers available options nor various discounts. She will automatically sign you up at the highest tier and not ask you about what you are looking for. My insurance has gone from $65/month to $100/month in 2 years. I have had zero wrecks/claims. I went in to adjust the amount of coverage I had after paying off my vehicle and the monthly cost was suppose to decrease but yet again has increased. What sells me is transparency, not gaslighting. I do not suggest Mary Martin.

I appreciate your concerns and want to express my apologies for the process that we have been asked to follow when a customer of another agent makes contact about transferring . It was a professional and ethical curtesy to let the agent have an opportunity to try to save the customer from leaving if possible.

Ashley, I am sorry that you were not happy with our office's attempt to educate you concerning real life experiences and that you chose not to take the discounts suggested . My office has never and will never automatically place any coverages on a customer that has not been first discussed and authorized. After 48 years of taking care of our customers needs I would never do anything I didn't first explain or be asked to do. As with all insurance companies today, all rates have increased which is beyond our control. I would love to discuss this with you in person to see if there is anything that we can do to assist you.
