        The Farmington clinic submitted 2 office visits to my insurance. I was only there once. Insurance only pays for one wellness check, any other visits I pay for. So now insurance is paying for my visit, but of course refused the "same day 2nd visit" which never happened. Mistakes happen, but the billing staff is rude & will not help me. Of course you have the power as I will not let it go to a collection agency. Beware people is all I can say....

        Their whole billing system works on very questionable bookeeping practises. The APRN in Southside Batesville has very poor bedside manner and when asked to find a cheaper diabetic medication for me she accused me of medication shopping🙄 The medication I had been on cost $600 a month and my insurance quit paying for it. I'm done with this mess right here and my whole family is done
