A slow leak from my water heater had seeped from the closet in my garage through a wall and severely damaged my living room floor. Neighborhood Plumbers not only replaced my WH quickly and efficiently, they took it upon themselves to install an ingenious little bit of engineering -- they set my WH in a pan about 3" deep and elbowed a small pvc pipe from the pan out below the closet door. The closet and the door look the same as before. And from now on, if there's any leak, water will puddle on my garage floor where it's easy to detect. Brilliant! I am so freaking happy! He said the job I needed him for was why he went into business for himself. He did his share of digging holes and won't do it now. Pass on them if you have a tough dirty job for them to do.

David was top notch in customer service and thorough in his assessment of my plumbing needs. I never felt like I was being oversold on services and he eased some unnecessary concerns. Neighborhood Plumbers will continue to get my business. UPDATE: 3 months later from my original service date with Neighbor Plumbers my hot water heater went out (separate issue from that original call). After some research and consulting with David, I went with a Tankless Heater. I considered installing myself to save $, but decided to go w/ Neighborhood Plumbers to save time. David and Larry installed the new heater quickly with no issues and gave me an a more-than-fair-price for their services. Easy to work with, efficient, and experts in their field. 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!

We had 2 bathrooms that needed work 1 has a leaking shower head and the other has a sewage smell after you take a shower. The repair guy didn't listen we told him multiple times the leaky shower was not the one that smelled but he wasn't listening. He flushed our toilets and went up on the roof. The report said for both issues it was our septic tank even though that has nothing to do with the pipes leaking. He didn't fix anything and we still had to pay for this terrible service.
