Webster Hauling

Webster Hauling is by far the WORST company to do business with. I will not even call them a company due to their lack of customer responsiveness and overall lack of communication. I placed an order for my car to be shipped on December 3rd. ONE MONTH LATER - there has been no response or updates, they took my deposit and won't pick up the phone or reply to any emails. Piss poor performance and 0/10 customer experience.

I've shipped 3 vehicles across the US, and this was by far the best experience I've had! Quick pickup, on time delivery, and awesome communications from dispatcher, hauler, and driver. Even with the challenging weather (snow during the trip and 0 degree drop off temps) everything went smoothly and the driver was great with the bitter cold temps. You've got a great crew and I'll definitely use Webster again!

They take your money and make a lot of false promises to get your car delivered and then later change the dates and times they promised you. Wayne is very unprofessional and yelled over the customer while the customer was speaking. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.

Deposit made on November 16th.....24 days later no driver, no contact, no car, although in the 24th day Wayne claimed he had a driver..Wow! He probably said that just to keep my deposit because if he had a driver he would have contacted me, but he NEVER did. Nick was no picnic to deal with with a run on chain of excuses. Frustrating. I cancelled so I was told I would lose my deposit. That they took quickly, but Wayne was "considerate" enough to give back half of MY MONEY even though they did NOTHING but provide a frustrating experience. I could not recommend that to anyone. Maybe my Florida to New York request was too far out of their turf, I don't know. I know if it cost me $75 of my dollars to get away then so be it. I am sure their come back reply will be a defensive one because their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. They will say they booked a driver in order to KEEP your deposit, it is most likely a lie. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY. When business is slow they will harvest your deposit to make up for that.
