After you move out, the manager will harass you for a piece of your tax return for damages you didn't make or ones they were notified of during residency and not fixed. The property manager text my private cell phone number with a rude message asking for money and then when she didn't get a response, two days later she called my husband at work and harassed him with the exact same information she sent in a text. Asked him for $300-$500 cash out of his tax return and she would leave us alone. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! All damages were disclosed prior to moving and getting her recommendation for occupancy for our new house.
