Easter Dinner was terrible, for a buffet there was not much to choose from,,and Prime Rib was so tough you couldnt chew it. Probably worst dinner Ive ever had. Ordered Margarita and was 22$,, buffet was $55. per person. Best part was the carrot cake.

Since the new owner has taken over we have had issues here. We tried to give them another chance for , Easter brunch. That was a mistake! I made reservations for inside and because weve had issues with this establishment before I decided to send an email and they confirmed I was inside. An hour before our reservations we get an email to confirm which we did and I have a screenshot that it says dining room. I arrive, and the people before us had called and said that they would be late because of church. They then told them oh, it says you just didnt come. They finally got them situated. At this point after hearing that conversation, I knew we were going to have another horrible time. She proceeded to tell me my reservations were on the patio and I said no I have an email confirmation from an employee and then I also had my confirmation from the establishment an hour ago. I asked to speak to a manager they set us a party of six in the corner with a table that only fits four people. We rushed to eat, because we just wanted to get out of there. But, during the hour we were there no one sat at the table set for 6 that was right next to us. I really miss the old Juliannas and how they took care of their customers. Thanks for ruining our time and your last chance to prove your a classy establishment. The only reason service is a 5 star is because of the waiter not because of the manager or hostess!
