I hadn't even made an appt and they were rude telling me they would cancel my appt and if I didn't respond to the appt they would cancel and charge me 50 dollars. Ended up not making an appt. The phone was answered instead of speaking to me they just spoke in Spanish to each laughing. Choose somewhere else.

I had changed our appt. to Dr. Lim, per our referral, at 11am the Friday before the appt. When I arrived they told me the appt. had not been changed. Instead of apologizing they said they'd charge me $50 to reschedule. The staff was so insisted on being right they lost sight of customer service. But I guess when you have a monopoly on health care, YRMC, there's no need to provide customer service.

Doctor pushed medications she doesn't even know if insurance will cover. She gives results from labs, but refuses to show patients the lab upon request. Office staff called to give results for a test my husband never had. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
