        I actually live there five or six months out of the year... Most of the people are so friendly and so nice like any other park it could use a few repairs.. but the people make up for it.. there is always one jerk and every Park. I loaned him my three wheeler for his poor sick wife that he was going to try to get to get some exercise couple of years later the poor sick wife is gone but he wouldn't give me back my bike I never see him writing it anymore so I'm sure he sold it but like I said there's one jerk in every Park the rest of the people fantastic..

        My relatives live in this 55+ mobile home park. It is a nice park for seniors. Convenient location. It has a locking gate to discourage traffic after 10pm and seems to be a safe place to live full time, or part time. Does have a pool and clubhouse. Better than basic, in my opinion.
