Anthony showed up nearly 2 hours early, to my Pleasant surprise. He looked the job over, told me what he could do for our stains & got right after it.. he was extremely polite, he was very professional, & what impressed me the most was how well the carpet cleaned up, how fast he did the job & a great value.. Thank you Stanley Steemer, but mostly thank you Anthony. I am a very satisfied customer...

I called for help with a loveseat that my cat had peed on. Ugh! The guy wouldn't even come out!! I know it's a difficult odor to deal with but some help would have been better than none. He said they couldn't get good results so he wouldn't try. I was NOT impressed. I have used the company in the past ( in Oregon) and been pleased with their service. I would not recommend this location... very poor attitude... and NO service. I would have been happy with a good attempt and then just deal with the outcome. He wouldn't even try!!

Very professional outfit that provides excellent service! As someone who worked in the cleaning business I understand that some things are beyond cleaning and need to be replaced, but if your looking for a quality service at a reasonable price, give these guys a call they will take care if you!
