American Dream of Tampa and this mortgage company displays unfair practices, my experience with them was not the best . We need honest fiduciaries but people are only thinking about their commissions, nothing at all about the investment youre embarking upon.

Great company!! Ms. Jones is the best in securing mortgage loans for qualified applicants...She has competitive rates and access to any loans product in the market.

Do not use Arremy Jones. She had us spend 500. for a apprasial. She said it would be an easy refinance. Kept calling and asking for updates with no response. Really dont know how she is still employed with this company. Not very knowledgeable in loan process when we asked several times. Still have not got a copy of our apprasial. Cant get her to return calls or emails. Horrible customer service. Please be aware.

Zero communication throughout an arduous and lengthy process to get a mortgage. Given the crazy home buying atmosphere right now, communication would have made it way less stressful for me. But I would get ignored phone calls, emails, and voicemail was always full. If there had just been some form of communication and helping the buyer understand what was going on, the experience would not have been so traumatic.
