He timely provided a very fair fee estimate, took delivery of replacement part directly from manufacturer, and Nora kept in constant communication with us to efficiently schedule the job so it could be completed in one visit. The clean, orderly, organized work environment of the shop epitomized the care and quality workmanship of Roy and his assistant in servicing our needs. Job was efficiently done, for the fair price estimated, and masterfully completed such that the repaired flare was better attached than the original! We took our 2002 Ford half-ton straight cab and to redo the hood, somebody had buffed out the clear coat before it was ready and there were swirl marks throughout the hood. We took it into suttons he looked at it and saw the problem, and he did a beautiful job on the hood. When we first took it into him to look at he fixed the door panel that was not put on properly and fixed it then he took the rear window rubber gasket that was not put in right and fixed it all for nothing. I cant say enough about the great service we received after having a major rear bumper failure while traveling along I-8. Roy & Jose handled the problem efficiently and promptly.
