I interviewed with eight companies who specialize in installation and maintenance of AC systems. Several of those I interviewed believed that their desires were far more important than mine. I found more talkers than I did listeners. Don't get me wrong; I did find a few that took the process seriously and made efforts to meet the needs I identified. Of those I talked with; three stood out as companies I could be confident in during the transaction. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to show their concern for our wants and needs.
