First clerk needed to ring a customer out so she handed me to another for help in finding my size. Then, after finding nothing in my size on one wall, she handed me a color I didn't want in a style I didn't like, turned around and walked away to talk with and help someone who walked in and looked back over her shoulder to say "you can start with that one," from 25 feet away. Not good service, which would have helped a lot since they already had a limited selection in my size.

Sometimes I will find something fabulous here, but usually the clothes are overpriced and not actually very flattering. I usually try to pre-shop on the website, but the clothes there aren't always in the store (and vice versa). Some of the sales assistants are wonderful, others not so much. The last time I was here, there were no hooks at all in the dressing room I used, which was sub-optimal. I will say that their socks absolutely can't be beat for comfort and cuteness if you have big feet.
