        The Blind Man came to the house and dis all the measuring, made suggestions, had answers about efficiency, it's Tuscon after all, I felt like he gave us his best solutions possible for our problem windows. The installer showed up weeks later, much faster than I thought, and removed old window coverings and installed our new curtains. Before he left he reviewed the controls so there was no question about the product.
