I'm very happy with our water softener and RO system. Dave and his crew were great. We even had some issues during the install with old pipes and Dave took care of the issue despite a lot of frustration at no extra cost.

Extremely happy with the install and service. Prices were very competitive and the owner was extremely professional, friendly, and diligent. They went above and beyond for my install and there were no hidden fees or surprises. They explained everything in detail and made sure everything was perfect. My wife and I had a home built during 2019. We moved in at the end of February 2020. Early in the process, my wife and I brainstormed what additional systems, post move-in, would be important to us. Water conditioning and purification was at the top of our list. Numerous stellar reviews at Yelp made Sun Tap Water Systems a confident choice. In July 2019, I contact Sun Tap Water Systems seeking information on their water conditioning and reverse osmosis systems. I also asked for a rough estimate that my wife and I could plug into our planning budget. Even though we were 7 months out from being able to give Sun Tap our business, Dave responded quickly with a thorough amount of information and a detailed quote. I was confident I had found the right business for our water system needs. Fast forward to February 2020. I contacted Dave hoping he would remember me from 7 months earlier (although not something I had expected). It did not take long for Dave to spin-up his recollections of our previous communications, update my quote, and get me on his installation schedule for the date I had hoped for. On installation day Dave and one of his team members arrived on-site before I did. Dave was gracious with my tardiness. Regretfully I dont recall the name of the young gentleman who accompanied Dave. However, I will not forget the high quality and meticulous detail of his work. Dave was thorough in his work, with a wealth of information and insight, courteous and professional. The installation was impeccable. We are now 2.5 months with our systems, zero issues, and complete satisfaction. It's a special pleasure for me to find small, local, privately owned businesses that provide impeccable customer service and workmanship of the highest caliber. These are the sort of outfits I want to give my business to. Sun Tap Water Systems is one such outfit. Without hesitation, they have my firmest recommendation.
