        Having never dealt with a salvage parts shop before, I truly didn't know what to expect. I had a lot of questions, and was prepared to stumble my way through this process. Robert at Best Auto made this experience incredible. It's actually somewhat fascinating to me that the best Customer Experience I've had of any retail in recent memory was at a junkyard, but here I am. Robert gave excellent communication, options, detailed breakdowns of the process and expectations, and even offered to let me come down to the shop to hear the engine I was going to purchase start up. I'm going to go out of my way to use Best Auto Salvage in the future, and will be recommending to my community across the country. Keep up the good work guys!
