This is a first-class business all the way around: outstanding service, excellent pricing, friendly & knowledgeable, and everyone I interacted with did exactly what they promised. Early equipment delivery? 7AM on the dot. Need to extend the rental? Done. How about a call before picking up to let me know they were on the way? Extremely thoughtful. I don't have any reason to call anyone else the next time I have a rental need.

I was referred to Modern Lift by another rental company who didn't have the size forklift we needed for our job. I was given Frank's direct number and I called him and spoke to him on Tuesday. He was pleasant to speak to and advised I would need to call back that Friday to see if the forklift we needed would be available for rental the following Tuesday. I called Frank's number first thing Friday morning and got his voicemail. I left a message and waited a few hours for a call back. After no return phone call I called again and got a text message that said I would be called back. I waited a couple more hours and still no return call. So I called the main number and was transferred to Amy who said Frank was not available, because he was moving equipment. Amy advised they had a forklift available for our job. She advised she needed to verify with Frank if we could rent that forklift based on information I provided . She took my email address and phone number and advised she would call me back. At 4:30pm when I had not heard back I called and talked to Amy again and she advised she had not reached Frank, but said she would try again. It is now Monday and I have not heard from anyone at Modern Lift. We decided to call another rental company and we have now rented a forklift from them. I don't understand why a company would be okay with the person who makes the final rental decisions to be unreachable for an entire 8 hour day.

Hands down- without a dought the best in town. Thank you Modern Lift for everything you did for us this past week. Prices are the greatest as well as custmer servcie, fast and friendly. Amy and Mary you are the greatest, thank you again.
