image if you are lookinh for a job, do not go and interview for these people, it is an absolute waste of time. You will probably interview for them, but never hear back fron them. All they are after is meeting their monthly quota of people in their system to be a staffing agency. They did not care for me as a person or worker, and I sincerely would not recommend this to anyone. I hope someone gets sense of this and gets rid of this money and time wasting agency.

image Human Resource Network (HRN) called me in for an interview and I was very pleased with their thoroughness, their professionalism, and their efforts in helping me find a job. They got all the required documents a job would ask for, paid attention to the specific opportunities I was looking for and they got to work. One thing that people need to understand is that no agency can guarantee you a job no matter what. They are there to help you find opportunities you didn't know about, and to help put you above the list from other people that might be applying for the same thing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job. Overall I have had a great experience with them and am looking forward to working with them again if need be.

image Human Resource Network will call you to come in for an interview with them. When they do, they make it sound like it is urgent they get your resume out to their clients to review and get you to work. So you get ready and run right over expecting they are serious. I applied for several of their supposedly available billing positions. When you arrive you will have to fill out their application and then interview. They will explain what they do then get to asking you about your work history. They don't go in to asking much about what you know or what you can do. She seemed disinterested when I talked about my experience and what I could bring to their clients. (Thought it was an interview, but it's just a formality to them). More of a pseudo-interview).
The person interviewing will make it sound like they have many jobs available for you and will work to get you out to one of their temp or temp-to-hire jobs. You will spend about an hour and a half there.
Once you leave you wont hear anything from them. If you dare call you will get the run around and told they haven't found the perfect match for you, and they will call you when something comes up. In other words, don't call them. Unlike other agencies, they do NOT want to hear from you. Other agencies try to get to know the candidates looking for work and build some kind of relationship with them by having the candidate check in once a week and even talk to you about what they are doing to get you a job. Not this place. They become a bit snippy when you call. They will fast talk you and in a professional way, get you off the phone ASAP. This place only collects your personal information to meet their weekly quotas and then ignore you afterwards.
Take my advice and go to an agency that will treat you with more respect and actually show interest in their clients. HRN is one of many in Tucson that do this, and there are some who will actually work to put you in a position. This place only wastes people's time and treat you like you are a bother and just another number to their quota.
Oh yes. By the way, even though they never call or want to talk to you, they ask you to call them if you get a job so they don't continue to look for you. Really? Why should I afford them any respect or courtesy, when they don't respect me?

image They never look out for those who work for them. Beware you are best looking for a job on your own. Thank God I got out when I did.
