I had my leaking sand filter replaced about 4 months ago by this company. Brossie suggested a DE filter and my pool cleaning company told me that was nuts. I wanted the cleanest I could get, and he installed the best filter we could put on this large residential pool. Although the pool is more than 50 years old and the surface is multicolored with staining and in need of replastering, the water is sparkling clean! Brossie also suggested I keep my Cyanuric acid levels high to prevent the sun from burning off the chlorine. My pool cleaner also thinks that is nuts, but at about 540 square feet my pool doesn't demand much chlorine and the walls stay completely algae-free. We do swim every day and I'm sure that helps. We have multiple skin problems in our family and we acutally do better when we swim, so the low free chlorine level seems just right for us. Just don't follow Brossie's advice and then follow Leslie's advice, because they will tell you to drain the whole pool if the Cyanuric acid gets over 100ppm. Ours is around 150ppm. There was a small leak that appeared a couple of months after the filter installation and Brossie repaired it right away. Now our pump is going, and I won't even bother to call for other quotes. I trust Brossie's advice, and it's great to have one less thing to worry about doing a whole big round of research! I will update this review after the new pump is in and try to add a couple more pictures.

Helped way more than needed gave me an estimate and talked over the phone to double check electrical and pump motor was good to go
