We started our stucco quote process 8/1/22 for a new build and the company started out VERY responsive with great communication and scheduling. We had a permit delay (poor planning on homeowner's end) and several delays due to weather and illness (it's a small crew) which was all very understandable. Unfortunately when stucco was finally up (1/12/23) it seemed like a very rushed job (lots of splatter and bulges/dips/obvious trowel strokes) and when I asked for them to address our concerns I was given quick responses, but no follow-through. It's been over a month and it seems like our stucco is going to remain as is.
NOTE: they also fixed areas on our old building along parapet wall and with the exception of missed cracks and areas they told us they would patch it was really well done.
