I had a really bad experience at this Texas Road House. The food took so long to reach our table that it was cold when it arrived and incomplete. The waitress would not stop by and check in on us and when she did, she would walk away before we finished telling her what was missing from our order. So our food was even colder by the time we received it all. So cold that the butter I put on to my baked potato would not melt. We were there so late that we watched as the staff semi- cleaned up for the next day and we watched what looked like the kitchen staff leave for the night. When the bill came I was charged for food I had not ordered. I received three tickets before it was corrected. When I went to pay I stood by the register for what seemed like forever. I could of just walked out without paying. This was a bad experience from start to finish.
