Iron Mountain

Iron mountain is THE WORST company to ever do business with. If and businesses has business with iron mountain, you should look into another company. The management is by far horrible and rude. The manager David should not be in management ever in any company because of his rudeness to customers!!! If I could, i will give this a NEGATIVE 6 STARS. Save your business and go else where and dont bother with David the manager there!!!

If there was an option to elect no star that would be my rating. Horrible company to use for your storage needs. Their new prices are outrageous so we decided to use our own facility at more than half of the cost and 10 times more organized. They always have issues locating files, they try to over charge us when closing account and trying to resolve billing issue was a nightmare! when we thought account was finally settled, calls were later received by reps trying to charge us a much different dollar amount. We even placed multiple calls to attempt and fix issue yet nothing resolved. Multiple calls directly to a staff at closing department (Cynthia Reitenbaugh) but she never bothered calling us back. When we retrieved our records, many of our boxes were extremely damaged. Please think twice before making this your records storage company.
