I have been seeing Toni for a few months and have really enjoyed our sessions so far. I have seen many therapists and she is very relate-able, empathetic, and makes me feel very comfortable opening up. She seems to use a conversationalist approach to some of the appointments which I really enjoy- It seems as though you are just talking to a friend but she manages to bring up the important things..while also incorporating DBT, EFT, EMDR, CBT ect.. She provides extra resources like print-outs and suggestions for videos, and books that she recommends. I also feel like an important patient and not just another hourly person revolving in and out of an office. I would highly recommend her if this sounds like the type of therapy you enjoy.
