Ive had the pleasure of knowing Carlos for over 6 years and I can honestly say that when youre looking for a home to either buy or sell, you wont have to look any further, Carlos is by far the best Realtor in Tucson, very responsive and genuinely cares and is an excellent negotiator, Carlos is the right guy for the job!

Working with Carlos was an absolute joy. He was available for us whenever we thought of something on weekdays and weekends alike. He listened when we had questions and concerns, and he offered us great advice along the way. He was punctual for every showing, and he treated us with friendliness and respect every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we were a bit hesitant and nervous, but Carlos made everything relaxed. He explained things thoroughly and helped us every step along the way. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone in the Tucson area!

I had the privilege of having Carlos as my realtor. He was referred to me so at first I wasn't to sure what to think of him however after getting to know him, I would not want to work with anyone else. He never gave up even when I felt like giving up and went above and beyond for me and my family. Whenever I would text or call he was there to answer without hesitation. He created a home viewing video once when I wasn't in town and he would meet me at houses one minute to the next. The lending company that I worked with was horrible and had the worst communication (Elite Lending Group) but Carlos got the job done either way. He made sure he remained in constant contact with them and even made calls to my previous lending company I worked with to clear my file and was able to get my clear to close when Elite Lending Group kept making excuses and put the deal at risk numerous times. The best part of working with Carlos is he always had a positive attitude and genuinely cared!! I don't know of anyone else who would go above and beyond the way Carlos did for me I 10000% would recommend Carlos.
