I worked with Manny and Grecia while relocating to Colorado. They helped me to lease out my home in Tucson and then to put it on the market and sell it. Throughout, they were helpful, hard-working and transparent. They coordinated the necessary repairs, found a tenant, managed the property, and worked hard to find a buyer and see the process through to closing. I was looking for a local business that would see how unique the property is; I definitely found that here! I strongly recommend A Level Up for both property management and as a selling agent.

Weve rented a home managed by A Level Up Realty for 3 years and its been a great experience! Payments and maintenance requests are easy to make through an app and maintenance issues have always been addressed in a timely manner, our lease renewals each year were very reasonable, and Grecia has always been super pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our whole experience. Would definitely recommend renting from them!

Very fishy, they didn't want to set an appointment, person only does calls or texts, the deposit went higher after putting in the screening 2 mins after. I asked to go to their company did not comply and said it's not going to work out. Wow!
