Doc's Pool Tile Cleaning

Hired Doc to do tile cleaning. His crew did so and tile looked great. Bubba mentioned that Doc also added dustless carpet removal as we are re doing floors. Hired him for that. We moved all of our furniture out of two living areas, home not functional. Doc got here and greeted him on driveway and asked if they were vaccinated. He replied, Nope. I asked politely if they would wear a mask and he replied, Nope. My 75 yr. old mother in law lives with us, whom Bubba had met prior. I told Doc we had already moved all the furniture and he said, yeah I know. Then he said I’m not going to argue about it, we don’t work like that (with masks) I wasn’t arguing. I said so this is it then? And he said, Yup and drove away. When Bubba was here prior I gave each of them a $50 tip. Bubba told me to write a separate check because if it was addressed to Doc he may never see it. Hindsight 20/20. I thought this was a professional business, but it appears Doc has trouble separating professionalism and politics. Service: Tile brushing

Doc's Pool Tile Cleaning did a fantastic job on getting our pool tile to look like new again. Before the calcium was so bad you could barely see the tile colors. They were fast, professional and did an amazing job.

Doc’s did a decent job removing the calcium line from both the tile and pebble Tec. Tile replacement of three tile was okay. Replaced tiles weren’t flush with existing tiles. The cons- he left a mess of blasting material all around the pool deck, back yard and patio furniture. All his trash was left in one of my trash cans too. Inside of the pool was also covered in blasting material. I didn’t make a big deal about it but not cool. Overall, decent for the price. The process was pretty abrasive and left the tile pretty dull. That’s probably expected though with a process like this

Doc and his technician went over and above cleaning my pool tile and plaster. The water was very old and apparently had accumulated a lot of metals and minerals. The tiles came clean rather easy, but the pool was very stained and it took an extra visit to get it clean and look like new... Then he stuck to his original price, despite the extra work! Highly recommended! Services: Tile brushing, Vacuuming, Wall brushing, Water treatment
